Head of Finance at Teamwork Trust
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified finance professional to join our Senior Leadership Team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the role provides strategic financial leadership while overseeing day-to-day financial operations, supporting informed decision-making across the organisation and enabling delivery of Teamwork Trust’s strategic objectives.
The Head of Finance will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting, audit, risk management, taxation, financial systems and business partnering. They will provide high-quality financial information to the CEO, Trustees and the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee, whilst promoting a culture of financial accountability and continuous improvement.
The role can be offered as full-time 37.5 hours per week, or 30 hours per week. It’ll be based at one of our three sites – in Corby, Kettering, or Wellingborough – with travel across all sites as required.
Who we’re looking for:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Senior finance leadership, budgeting, forecasting, management accounts, audit, governance experience.
- Financial analysis, communication, leadership, planning, compliance and risk management experience.
- Someone who employs integrity, professionalism, a collaborative approach, and commitment to Teamwork Trust values.
