Apprentice Living and Learning Coordinator
37.5 hours per week | Monday-Friday | Work location: in person at our Kettering centre
We’re hiring for an Apprentice Living and Learning Coordinator at our Kettering Centre!
This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in health and social care while gaining valuable hands-on experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health challenges. As part of our Living & Learning team, you’ll help people develop skills, build confidence and achieve greater independence, all while working towards a Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care.

Centre Learning Lead
37.5 hours per week | Monday-Friday | Work location: in person at our Wellingborough centre
We’re hiring for a Centre Learning Lead at our Wellingborough centre (full-time, although 30 hours per week would be considered for the right candidate).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others learn, grow and achieve their goals. Working alongside our members, you’ll design and deliver engaging learning opportunities that build confidence, independence and life skills for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health challenges.
You’ll be part of a supportive team, helping to shape a programme of learning that is creative, meaningful and driven by the interests and aspirations of the people we support.
